Friday Mornings at Sparta Eupraxia 10-10:55am Summer Sampler! We will try a variety of dance styles, primarily ballet, and have lots of fun! Each week we will work on basic ballet technique and strengthening and stretching. Some ballet schools are very strict, this will be a fun introduction to ballet great for beginners. Everyone can benefit from learning proper alignment, grace, and the positions of ballet! We begin July 11th and meet once a week through August 15. Get off the TV! It's time to dance this summer!
